Auditions for the National Tour of Patrick Galvin's The Last Burning, a play about fear, suspicion and witchcraft. Based on a true story, The Last Burning accounts the story of the last woman burnt alive for Witchcraft in Ireland.
Auditions take place
Monday 11-3
Tuesday 11-4
Thursday 12-5
Michael, a young man from Clonmel seeks the aid of Mr. Blaney, the local witch doctor, when he admits to suspecting his wife Bridget of witchcraft. He must not only convince Bridget's father, but all of other villagers, and indeed himself of the truth about his wife.
