We are holding our AGM on Tuesday, 13th March. It will take place at 8pm in The O’ Flaherty theatre on the Concourse.
NB: It is required that you email your nomination before Monday 12th at 5pm. More info below.

The positions available are:
- Auditor - Chairperson responsible for running the society. Coordinates committee in the running of events during the year. Teamwork and organisational skills needed along with Society experience.
- Vice Auditor – Assists the Auditor in his or her role and assumes the role of Auditor in his/her absence. Performs many of the same tasks as Auditor.
- Treasurer – Manages all society finances throughout the year. Must be reliable and good with finances.
- Secretary - Note-taking, room booking and administrative work.
- Speakers Conveyor – Organises speaker engagements.
- Logistics Officer - Organises all society national and international travel and tours.
- PRO – Public Relations Officer – Responsible for promotion and management of society image. Manages PR team.
- Graphic Designer (x2) - Create society posters & graphics. Experience of Photoshop and Illustrator an advantage.
- Webmaster - Manages technology within the BizSoc including the BizSoc website and Social media.
- OCM – Ordinary Committee members – If you’re not sure what you want to do but want to be involved, you’ll be given work in September based on interests and strengths.
We are also holding an information session for anyone with questions about the positions or needs more information on the BizSoc. It will be held in AC202 at 6pm on Monday. Please come if interested, if you can’t make it then feel free to email us with your query.
